SMITH FIELD IMPROVEMENT FUND ("SFIF")
The HMB Little League, as a non-profit organization, has begun a “Smith Field Improvement Fund” or “SFIF” and we are seeking contributions from all families and community-minded donors. This money will go towards equipment, mounds, fence padding, windscreens, bleachers, turf upgrades and other needed items. The renovations efforts are moving forward with excellent results.

Here is your opportunity to help the community and become a contributing factor to the success of the 2007 Little League season. We have begun the renovation of the Smith Field complex. With the money collected to date from the City of HMB and the Parks and Recreation Department, community service organizations such as the Rotary Club, and private donors, we have improved all five of the playing fields, upgraded the safety equipment, and completed major structural renovations to the fields. WE HAVE MORE TO DO!! |
Our goal is two-fold:1) 100% participation from Little League families (no donation is too small), and 2) Collect over $100,000 with the assistance of Little League families, sponsors, and community service organizations. What you can do now: You can make your tax-deductible donation to this important renovation effort.

For all donations, the Little League has designed a commemorative pin recognizing your gift to the community. For donations greater than $500 you will be given an especially designed ‘Smith Field Blanket’ and for donations greater than $2000 you will be recognized in both the 2007 HMB Little League Yearbook and signage at Smith Field as a “Patron of the HMB Little League”.
