Click on the new membership registration link here. 2. Under "contact information," enter the person's name you are buying the membership for in the first and last name fields. 3. FOR ALL OTHER FIELDS, USE YOUR INFORMATION (address, phone, email, username and password, etc.) This way, the card will get mailed to your address and you will receive the email confirmations - not the person you are buying the gift for. 4. Once you give the gift, please let the member know the username and password you chose for them. 5.
