Avondale Golf Club is proud to be one of the first private clubs in Palm Desert, play started in 1969.

Designed by Jimmy Hines, this traditional tree lined golf course provides all levels of golfers with a true challenge day in and day out. Reminiscent of a northern course, and truly unique to the desert, Avondale Golf Club has been a hidden gem among the many golf clubs in the Coachella Valley.

With a traditional tee time system, and an array of different daily games, access to the golf course is assured, and meeting new friends is guaranteed. Whether you're walking or riding, our average rounds of golf are rarely over 4 hours. Avondale Golf Club is a member owned, equity club where camaraderie and fellowship surround the game we all come to play.

Our membership is very active socially. Our members come from all over the United States and Canada, to be at the hub of desert living. Located in close proximity of the deserts' best shopping, restaurants and attractions, Avondale Golf Club provides its members with the best possible experience the desert has to offer.
