Bent Brook offers an outstanding level of service for your tournaments. Every detail has been meticulously planned.
Upon arrival, our friendly personnel greet your guests and directs them to their carts & registration. We provide everything you need for a complete success including: registration tables & chairs, computer printouts for teams(alphabetical and hole assignments), range balls for 24 or more players, pre-staged and pre-assigned golf carts, personalized scorecards & rule sheets on carts.
Greetings extended & rules are explained by a member of our Professional Staff prior to Shotgun Start events.
We provide proximity markers for special competition, PA System and prize tables for awards presentation, Sponsor Signs & Banners installed & removed (materials to secure signs provided by outing), Full service catering, complete beverage cart service, clubhouse with large dining area, charges applied to master account for later invoicing, 2 weekday green fee passes for every 50 players registered, teaching professionals available to conduct clinics or swing analysis, assistance securing hole-in-one insurance and full photography service.
ALL ORGANIZED EVENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH OUR EVENT COORDINATOR.
Tournament Golf Shop Benefits
Bent Brook's Golf Shop is the perfect place to select gifts and prizes for your outing. If you prefer that your guests make their own selection, Bent Brook Gift Certificates may be purchased in any denomination.
With our Graduated Discount System the savings benefits the outing, and all purchases may be applied to the master billing. Here's how it works....purchases, either merchandise or gift certificates from $500 to $999 the discount is 10%; from $1000 to $1999 the discount is 15%; $2000 and above receive a discount of 20%.
Merchandise from golf balls, to caps, to non-golf related items may be ordered and shipped directly to Bent Brook and warehoused until the day of your event. We save you the hassle of ordering, storing and transporting the goods. All merchandise cost is applied to the master account for later payment.

SHOTGUN START is limited to a minimum 40 golfers for an 8:00 a.m. start & 100 golfers for a 1:00 p.m. start with a maximum 200 golfers.
SHOTGUN START events requesting use of all 27 holes must guarantee payment for a minimum 148 players.
TEE TIMES may be split between two nine hole courses in certain instances. Players will not play the same eighteen holes; however, they will play a common nine for special prize competition.
Deposit...less than 100 players $100...100 or more players $200.
The deposit will be applied to your final charge and is nonrefundable unless canceled at least 21 days in advance.
Reservations will not be confirmed until deposit is received.
All charges must be applied to a master account...no individual payments by participants will be accepted.
