LATE MONSOON STORM PRUNES COURSE TREES
Friday, August 29, 2008: The storm which rocked Central Phoenix with heavy winds and heavy rains Thursday night toppled 14 vintage trees on the Encanto 18 golf course and left in it's wake debris throughout. Most notable of the losses: 1) the large pine at the number 1 tee box; 2) a large pine that was often in play on the left side of the 4th fairway; 3) a group of pines on the left side of number 6 fairway and 4) a large pine near the end of the number 8 fairway.

EMC SPONSORS DECEMBER CHARITY GOLF EVENT TO BENEFIT PHOENIX

EMC MEMBER H.L. QUIST PUBLISHES 4th BOOK
H.L. Quist - more affectionately known to the EMC members as Buster, recently released his 4th book "GREED: Get Ready for the Coming Inflationary Boom". Buster is credited with having accurately forecasted the current Real Estate and Credit Meltdown in April 2005. He states in Greed that, "Never before in American history has the Federal Reserve Bank of the US, Wall Street investment bankers, money center banks, mortgage companies and brokers, collectively referred to as The Merchants of Debt," created such a massive speculation bubble that has now imploded and endangers millions of Americans."

Learn why this happened and more importantly what he forecasts for the future of what he claims could be the greatest opportunity of a lifetime. Having been involved for thirty-five years in financial services and a real estate developer for ten years, Buster is uniquely qualified to write this book and speak on such a timely subject.

Definitely a must read for anyone concerned about their future and their money.
