Lesson Management has several aspects to it. It involves the Instructors management of their schedule so students can book lessons and the actual booking / payment process. It also includes the maintenance of Student Profiles, where they can refer back to information passed along by their Instructor.
Historically, Lesson Booking has entailed the student tracking down their Instructor, to secure a date / time for their lesson. This is not always an easy process since Instructor are hard to reach. If they're worth their salt, they're out giving lessons most of the day. Surely there must be a better way...
Based on the power of the Internet, Golf Fusion automated the Lesson Management process in several ways. First, we empower Instructors to keep track of their availability via an online Scheduling System. Here they track they availability, the student they've booked lessons with and the status of the payments.
As Instructors maintain their schedule on the backend, Students can view it on the front end. In a matter of seconds, they can book & pay for their scheduled lesson(s).
Golf Fusion's Lesson Management system also enables Instructors to maintain Student Profiles, where they can enter notes and upload videos (media) after each lesson. They can also keep track of how many prepaid lessons are still outstanding.
On the front end, Members login to their Student Profile to review this valuable data.
In summary, Interactive Lesson Managament helps Instructors capture new students, better manage current students and generate a 15-20% increase in Lesson bookings.
