All players are expected to keep their account in good standing at all times. This includes:
Payments for membership & security deposit. Tournament Fees and "No-Show" Fees.
Members must confirm their intention to play in any tournament by the posted deadline. If you have not informed us prior to the notification deadline, we cannot guarantee your participation. The committee will attempt to add players on an exception basis only.
It is your responsibility to arrive on time at each tournament.
Your responsibilities include:
Paying for tournament fees on-line or at the registration table.
Identifying/locating your cart and group to avoid delay in playing at the timeslot you are allocated.
Be at the first tee-off at least 2 groups ahead of you.
You are responsible for monitoring and enforcing all official rules for every member in your group.
If you have doubts about the applicability of a rule, note it on your card and ask any member of the committee at the end of the tournament to interpret the rule. All interpretation are deemed final. The committee reserves the right to add/modify rules at anytime.
All players must register in the golf shop prior to playing.
Each player must have their own set of clubs. Rentals are available from the golf shop.
All play starts on #1 tee unless otherwise notified.
Reservations
Starting times may be made by calling the golf shop at 650-555-1212.
The golf shop reserves the right to pair groups with less than 4 players when we are busy.
Singles or walk -in groups will be accommodated at the first available teetime.
Cancellations
Please make cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.
Raincheck Policy:
Rainchecks will be issued if the course becomes unplayable due to rain or lightning. Rainchecks will be issued on a pro-rated basis based on the number of holes played.
Dress Code
All players are expected to wear appropriate golf attire.
The following attire is not acceptable for men and women: Tank tops, halter tops, tube tops, swimsuits, cut-off t-shirts, cut-off jean shorts, sweatpants, or any other attire that is considered inappropriate by Stone Mountain.
Metal spikes and cleated athletic shoes are not allowed. Soft style spikes are preferred.
