Moraga Country Club is a Homeowners’ Association that includes 521 private residences, a clubhouse with restaurant, swimming pools, tennis facilities, and a beautiful 18 hole golf course.  The Association functions under a set of Bylaws and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s).  The membership includes Owner Members and non-resident (Golf Associate and Tennis Associate) members who share access to the recreation facilities.  Operations are managed by a professional staff under the guidance of a member-elected Board of Directors.  A number of standing committees provide member representation and recommendations to the Board.  Moraga Country Club was established in 1973, and has been a thriving community and recreational facility ever since.

The new Clubhouse features over 20,000 square feet of space; inside of this is an expanded Men's and Women's Locker Rooms, additional Boys' and Girls' Locker Rooms. There is an expanded Bar and Lounge separate from the Dining Room, space for smaller, private parties, and balcony seating overlooking the pool and first tee.  Along with the expanded space, there is now room for members, based upon availability, to hold small business meetings.
