Registration Fee: Select the appropriate Membership Type/Fee from the drop-down box. Full and Handicap-Only Memberships are available to SaddleBrooke Ranch residents; Adjunct Membership is available to SaddleBrooke residents. The fee varies throughout the year (all memberships expire at year end);

Username: Try to use your email address as your Username; this will insure you have a unique Username. However, if your email address is more than 20 characters, enter a shorter more recognizable Username that you will remember.
Password: It should be at least eight (8) characters. We recommend your password be a strong password. It should contain at least one capital letter, one number and one special character such as an asterisk or dollar sign.
Address: Please enter your SaddleBrooke Ranch or SaddleBrooke address only. This address will be cross- referenced with the address on the SBR HOA or SaddleBrooke HOA site for validity.
Phone: Enter your home phone number and any alternate phone numbers. If you only have a cell phone for contact, enter your cell phone number in the home phone field.
Division: This box is for synchronization with Arizona Golf Association. Please select the Division that matches your Registration Fee selection (e.g. if you selected Full for Registration please select Full in the Division box.
Secondary Division: Please ignore.
GHIN Number: If you already have a GHIN number from a previous club, please enter it. If not, leave this field blank.
Please complete all remaining information to the fullest. Please do not check any of the 'Private? boxes throughout the form. The information you are providing is for the SBR membership only. Also, please leave the selection of 'I would like to receive email notifications from this website. Yes No'in the Yes position. Your email address is the primary means the club communicates its' information to the membership.
When a newly registering Full or Adjunct Member presses Submit, he will be presented with a payment screen requiring electronic payment through ETS (Electronic Transaction Systems). This screen provides the ability for you to pay via VISA or Mastercard (we do not accept American Express). Newly registering Handicap Only Members should contact the Membership Chairman at email@example.com to arrange payment.
Once residence has been verified and payment received, you will be given your AGA number and your Member ID (which will be your Chelsea number) along with account setup instructions via email within a few days.
